I believe a few aspects of the Bunker are ID hardcoded, mainly dealing with units firing out from within.
To be certain, however, you could try copying the Bunker in Units.dat over another building using DatEdit, then in FireGraft giving that building the same buttons and requirements as the Bunker. Then, test to see the result.

The difference of Bunker and other buindings is "Produces Units"(in advanced).I tried to edit memory.I add Produces Units and 4 for provided space .I change graphics of another buildings to bunker or crash.
I want to make an EUD map not Mod,so I use memory editor.
