Imo, Doodan's argument doesn't make much sense. Have you ever heard of someone getting laid because they had an animal that could do tricks? I haven't. His argument about the guy having fun doing it is the only real valid argument I see.

All I'm saying is that gimmicks work with some people. Just look at the McCain/Palin ticket. It definitely won some people over.
