Terran Siege Tanks are heavy Terran assault units in StarCraft. They are built from the Terran Factory and are commonly used to counter large ground units and buildings. Tanks are extremely useful when they are used in numbers and strategically placed on cliffs. By default, they can not be sieged but it can be researched from the Terran Machine Shop add-on for the Terran Factory.
