I think it would be pretty cool - if it could be done.

I don't like touchscreen keyboards.

If this was real the price vs performance would probably be too high. Its not really any performance enhancements its just the look of a computer.

It doesn't really look pleasant...
It looks like it would have a LOT of stability issues, it is that or it'll be too hard for it to actually be able to be enrolled that way. Either way it'd end up getting lose and weak.
But yes, price too high and eh performance.
fuck you all

What possible benefit could there be for flexible processor and ram?
This "rolltop" is just a monitor with touch capability that can be rolled up

the guy carrying that thing looks like a douche.
I'll stick to my netbook which fits in my pocket.
"Parliamentary inquiry, Mr. Chairman - do we have to call the Gentleman a gentleman if he's not one?"
It can be done, as they have flexible oled's now, although they are mad expensive. I personally like that mac touch concept a lot better (yes i know mac's make people rage)
mac touch

Not as much as using an apostrophe to pluralize.
In any case, it's fake, and we all know Apple is going to make a computer which has zero tactile feedback eventually.

Yes, it's a concept, they both are. But with the current technology, there actually is a high probability that the future laptop will look like this. It basically all is based on flexible OLED technology to become consumer reasonable. Right now it exists, it's just expensive as shit, and therefore isn't cost-effective for the general user.

This video is actually pretty good at showing the MacBook Touch(ignore the kid at the beginning, the rest of the video is good). It looks like basically the same thing, minus the rolling up, which just was pretty silly anyway.
