I need a way to make an image bigger without distorting it. Is this possible?
The image size is 125x125, and I need it to be 200x200.

increase the size, resharp it, fix distortion, resharp, fix colour. it wont stay as sharp but itll do if youre doing it for like a layer in an avatar.

Falkoner's

Slight Enhance

edit: all depends on what youre using it for if youd want it sharper or not, upscaling images is usually a bad idea though, try finding it bigger and downscaling O_o

Oh woops, only read half of it, all you really have to do it up the contrast a bit.

We can't explain the universe, just describe it; and we don't know whether our theories are true, we just know they're not wrong. >Harald Lesch

Made a couple of versions, take your pick:

For comparison the first version is just resized, no other filters applied:

The other 4 have several image enhancement filters applied, saved in different qualities:
(Maybe I overdid the sharpening a little. I can easily reduce it if you want.)

only 256 colors => pretty small filesize | jpg compressed => fairly small filesize

best quality => 60kb filesize . . . . . | version featuring transparency

With some effort I could improve the transparent version. Especially the text part. But that's not a matter of applying simple filters.

And lastly maybe you should consider going for this, as it is available in much better quality:

Figured as much. But is it really important which girl there is? The text is easily replaceable.

However if you like you could take parts of the guy from the HQ pic and replace them with the other.

Ultraviolet -- Me too. The general concept is exciting and fun to play, or at least I enjoyed it in the previous Diplo Europe iteration.

Excalibur -- I have no idea if Clans will finish his map but I hope so.

Excalibur -- Sie is really really good and I'm glad Clans had them do the terrain for the new map. I feel like not enough of Sie's stuff will ever get used on a finished map.

lil-Inferno -- doing terrain was fun but also annoying

l)ark_ssj9kevin -- I preferred the terrain and unit placing. And of course making the unit names have cool colors.

NudeRaider -- http://staredit.net/381116/ it's funny, to me writing triggers was always the core of the (UMS) map making process and what actually made it fun to me. Creating terrain the least favorite part and thus I kept it pretty functional.
