Does anyone know if there's a program that will recursively compare a remote and a local directory and sync them up (upload/download files based on modified dates)?

You take the FTP client I sent you, tell it download an entire directory, and use the proper overwrite settings. ;o

Um. I wrote a program that can send custom HTTP messages (and you could probably edit it to send whatever messages you want)... you could make it send a checksum, compare the checksum, and then return if it needs to be uploaded.
