http://www.staredit.net/forum/9/ is the place to show off maps. But it is expected that you put in some effort into your post. You can then just attach the map in the OP.
If you just wanna "dump" the map, try our map database http://www.staredit.net/sc1db/
Though there seems to be a bug that might prevent you from uploading.
