Actually pickles would detrimentally affect the taste of that sammich. Leave it to Americans to throw a whole bunch of food onto a plate and call it cuisine.

Lies and slander.

Butter and pickles do not make for a tasty entree, despite popular belief.
None.
You, sir, are blasphemous.
I personally think the pickles would compliment the meat and cheese nicely.
But then again, i put ketchup and tomatoes on my burgers.

Who doesn't have ketchup and tomatoes on a burger?
I don't have tomatoes, but that is because I don't like tomatoes.

The remark is not at having one or the other but having both. I was told that was odd.

I think its odd, but I also don't like ketchup. It tastes like straight sugar to me :X

I asked for a burger without pickles today. Guess what I got? A burger with pickles. God damn it, get your orders right burger guy.
I've always wondered about this. Isn't it like going to gamestop and saying "let me get two halos but I only want one case, put the other disc in the first case plz" if they do it, it's like a favor isn't it? They are suposed to do that right? There isn't a "no pickles" button is there?

The irony.
I suppose in Amerikuh it's not called Tomato Ketchup?

@MadZombie: You can pretty much do anything, at least where I work. I once had a guy order a burger with everything but the meat and bun, completely disassembled onto a plate, including sauces on the side. One person wanted just the ice cream used to make the milkshakes, topped with chocolate syrup and whip cream.
When I make my burger/sandwich/wrap at work, I usually do a hand-breaded chicken fillet, pepper-jack cheese, jalapenos, few onion rings, bacon, tomato, light santa-fe sauce and mayo, all lettuce-wrapped.

Perhaps next week we'll learn how to make french toast, if it's not too complicated.
