So, I know we haven't been posting anything here, but a LOT has been happening in the pony world, despite season 2 ending and season 3 still being what it feels like years away...
First off
Equestria Gaming/Arcade
A website dedicated to all the pony related games. And there has been a LOT of them... While most of these games are more like small time projects, there are definitely some that needs mention
1. Fighting is Magic check 'em out: http://www.mane6.com/ The video says it all. The quality and creativeness of the animations and gameplay is top notch
2. PonyKart http://ponykart.net/ Again.. Ponies, Karting, Physics, and a 'Tardy' License Plate.. what more can I say?
Next
BronyCon Documentary
John De Lancie - voice actor for Discord and Q from Star Trek - has found the fanbase bronies to be interesting, but also misunderstood. Him and his friends are teaming up to make a Documentary about us.
Interesting things to note: 1. He has asked the assistance of certain bronies, Lauren Faust, and even people who are not bronies. 2. The kickstarter has raised over $320,000 dollars!! 3. The Poster art winner has just been selected: http://prizes.org/Create-a-limited-edition-8-x-10-work-of-art-for-the-bronycon-documentary-1 Some of these are amazing, and my personal favorite:
and finally, if you want to find out more, John de Lancie answers a lot of questions here:
Everfree Northwest Convention
The biggest Pony Convention to date @ Seattle There's not much to say because it's full already and the registrations are closed..... except... check out the Guest list. Tabitha, Tara Strong, Andrea Libman... pretty much all of the voice actors of the mane 6 minus Ashleigh Ball (too bad, AJ and RD lovers) Plus several other v actors, including the voice actor of Spike and Big Mac
Humble Brony Bundle
The Humble Indie Bundle V is a collection of games that can be bought with any donations - and it was a Doozy!! The Humble Brony Bundle is the group where bronies can contribute. Since the third installment, we've been at war with Notch, the creator of Minecraft, and his minecraft follies.
Last installment, we barely beat Notch, forcing him to watch a few episodes of ponies. This installment, he was leading us by thousands for the majority of the deal. But suddenly, the night where the indie bundle ends, we suddenly pulled the plug and launched a tactical orbital friendship cannon and... pretty much owned the donation chart... AGAIN!
Of course, these are just the big things.. Tons of new fanbased contents are being uploaded everyday.. I cannot keep track!!
So I guess I'll just leave you with this
Keep calm and Pony on.

Trixie's return was "confirmed" with a "I think we're not allowed to say, but I will expect season three to maybe see some great and powerful stuff". after someone asked if she would be returning. (yesyesyesyesyesyesyesyesyes)
There was a great section about Derpy. Someone asked if she would be receiving anymore speaking roles, and the response basically said Hasbro loves Derpy, they have her everywhere now, but she probably wont be able to roll with anything other than background shots. You guys scared the poor girl!
Octavia's section was a question about "Which background pony would you like to voice?". This eventually lead to a shoutout for Octavia, where Cathy Weseluck just out of nowhere busted out an awesome voice for her, with a hint that she could do a duet with Rarity.
Fluttershy turning into a dragon and her cute voice coming from a giant lizard was actually mentioned by Tabitha. Sounds like season 3 to me!
More crazy ponies on the way! These are the best episodes btw.
Meghan reads Equestria Daily. Suddenly I'm even more insecure about my writing on this site! Please don't read this blurb Meghan, I'm totally doing it in 10 minutes in my hotel room!
Dash not confirmed or denied for filly-fooling (this question was hilarious).
They hyped Luna up, so we will probably be seeing more of her.
Tabitha's first panel was a huge success! And her voice is just as amazing in person as in the show.
From your posts I don't think I've seen any of the mentally advanced series. Which is too bad because he's reaaaaally funny.
This was recently released:
Though I don't know if all of it will make sense, because there are a lot of call backs to his other episodes. But if you do happen to keep up with the series this is definitely one of the better ones.
Oh_Man -- Not so easy if our species' physical traits influence moral norms
[03:15 am]
Vrael -- we adjust our moral underpinings such that conflict is a virtue, ez
[05:57 pm]
Oh_Man -- i just realised this is actually really bad for first contact and interstellar civilisations - if we run into species with thoroughly different moral values how the hell do we avoid conflict
[05:53 pm]
Oh_Man -- man chatgpt never ceases to amaze me, just casually thinkin up three really cool ideas for alien races with unique cultures, u culd make ur own star trek with this
[05:53 pm]
Oh_Man -- 3. The Collective Mind: Imagine a hive-mind alien species, the Nixari, who operate as a collective consciousness where individual Nixari beings lack separate consciousness and autonomy. When a Nixari being is killed or sacrificed, the collective mind doesn't view it as the death of a person but simply as the reallocation of resources.
[05:52 pm]
Oh_Man -- 2. Honor-Based Conflict Resolution: Another example could involve a warrior alien culture, the Vorath, who resolve conflicts through ritualized combat to the death. In Vorath society, this "death duel" is not only permissible but an expected way to defend honor and resolve major disputes. Refusing to engage might be viewed as cowardly or dishonorable, while victory through killing brings respect and stability to the social hierarchy.
[05:52 pm]
Oh_Man -- ^ I asked it to concieve of an alien race where murderr would be not morally reprehensible but in fact either morally obligatory, morally permissible, or merely amoral, and that's what it came up with
[05:51 pm]
Oh_Man -- 1. The Overpopulation Dilemma: Imagine an alien species, the Xarxians, whose planet has limited resources, high reproductive rates, and strict carrying capacity. To survive and prevent catastrophic overpopulation, the Xarxians have developed a ritualized, state-regulated system where individuals are required to kill in a controlled manner to maintain the population balance.
[05:51 pm]
Oh_Man -- ok i ran it through chatgpt and chatgpt assured me i haddnt had an original thought, oh well, maybe one day
[05:48 pm]
Oh_Man -- omg i just thought of a good thought experiment to dismantle objective morality: animals or concieve of aliens that have traits that wouldn't align with our typical moral values of murder, thievery, rape, etc.
