Roast small onion cubes, add vegetables to your liking. (If unsure, go for paprika, aubergine, zucchini and tomatoes - but many others are possible.) When sufficiently roasted add flavor: Salt, pepper and whatever you just feel like. Garlic is also nice, especially fresh. To give it that saucy feel, top it off with some low fat cream cheese or just cream. |
