===Explanation===<br />
Since flags use different portraits based on their color, the portrait can be improperly displayed. If a player does not have the color which it matches, it will instead display an alternative portrait, based on the ID of the portrait.<br />

Red players will always display the appropriate flag for their player spot (ie, Player 2 with a red color will display a blue flag portrait). If the flag matches its normal color (ie, player 8 is yellow), it will display the correct flag. Other colors, notably the black colors in the 130s range, display talking portraits.
