Whenever my StarCraft tries to save the game or a reply, it causes me and the rest of the game to crash. I could either leave it as is and tell the host, "It lags. Save the Game." Then laugh as I crash everyone in the game. Or... This could be very annoying as I have to restart every time we save inside an RPG game or finish a game and crash at the score screen, due to the replay getting saved.

I have no idea, but my guess would be something with the Vista/W7 file security.
Are you sure sc has proper permissions to write to your disk and doesn't use this "virtual folder" (or w/e it's called. I've only heard about it)?

Maybe starcraft installed incorrectly, I had a similar problem where I couldn't load any saved games when I first installed SC onto my vista computer.
Try re-installing the game.
