Uh, Urahara's old avatar was a picture of the Monkey God(?) who helped the Third Hokage in Naruto, he could turn into a staff basically. What his new avatar is, not sure, but his name is a character from Bleach who owns like, a weapon shop or something?

His Avatar is "Eddie" the mascot for Iron Maiden. This particular image is from their "The Trooper" band T-shirt. It's Eddie as a soldier fighting in a war with his musket type thingy.
