IP's aren't sent over bnet, at least not cleartext. Blizzard had privacy concerns from the start. Although I'm told oblivion can show IPs, but that may be using other methods, or else a lie.

Oblivion does indeed show IPs. You can probably ask around at GameThreat if you want to learn how to do it. The maker of SC Black List knows how as his tool had this feature as well.
