I'm glad the article examined all of the negatives that video games can bring onto a person and then came to the conclusion that video games are good for you.. oh.. wait.. nevermind.

In 1996 smoking was as good as or better for you than a glass of milk according to the tobacco companies.

Fact is, video games do help people excel in certain ways. I've always noticed after playing DDR in a fast mode everything else after that seemed really slow.

If you've played DDR at Extream mode and play it through with perfect score, you'd probably be tired as hell and sweating hard even if you're really athletic. Pretty darn serious bout' that.
