Event? Conditions? Actions?

In Starcraft it's just Players: Who it will effect if you select "Current Player"
Conditions: What needs to be done in order for the action to happen
Action: What will be done once the condition happens.

I'd suggest finding an actual W3 website. Srsly.

When an EVENT occurs, the ACTION(s) execute if the CONDITION(s) evaluate to true.

It's the same format as Starcraft triggers, but in Starcraft it's as if every event read "Every 2.00 seconds of game time"
