Uh.. Do you mean all you can place is Ice tileset terrain and you want to place terrain from other tilesets, or that all you can place is Ice?

I'm confused too...

If you want an ice boarder, and jungle terrain, well that aint gonna happen w/o some modding.

If you added a boarder of the subset "ice" in the tileset ice, and now the only terrain you can use is ice, then that might be a bug. If this is the case, which editor are you using? And you're sure you're using the tools correctly?

Na i mean you are stick with just the ice terrain. You cant place water, snow, dirt. I also tried to do the bug again and it was still bugged. This time it was with water and all i could place was water.

Are you in the Terrain Layer, set to the Isometric or Rectangular Brush, and clicked the side parts?

I tried tilest, square, and iso, didn't work :/ And no i was not in Jungle. I was in Ice, made another Ice in the same window, and the bug occurred.

ᕕ( ᐛ )ᕗ

Does this happen every time, or just sometimes? I've had this problem before, and I just went to all the different modes (doodad, sprite, fog of war) and then went back to terrain and it worked.

It happens every time. I haven't tried switching those around yet, but if it works i will give it a shot. Thanks

This happened to me plenty of times; if you save your map and close scmdraft and reopen it, it should work.

NudeRaider -- EUD actions, specifically. The conditions remained. Today we can even have actions again, but they're all virtualized/whitelisted (not sure on the actual technical implementation) so you can only use them for specific intended purposed, not arbitrary code injections.

NudeRaider -- I mean yes, maps - through EUDs - were theoretically able to do that as well, but that was patched quickly.

not the map, the editor

Symmetry -- I vaguely remember Voy doing some ACE back in the day, but I had no idea EUDs could do that kind of shit. I am very much catching up on the technology

Symmetry shouted: NudeRaider Is EUD editor capable of writing shit onto the player's harddrive? That seems like it would be dangerous
yeah an editor that isn't allowed to write files sounds rather pointless, so I'd assume it can. Like most other programs too btw. and yes, obviously that's dangerous, but also kinda necessary. MS introduced that virtualization for exactly that reason.

Ultraviolet -- I don't think so. I think they shut that shit down after 1.16, maybe even earlier
