There's two ways of joinning MM. The traditional way is by submitting one of your mods to a Leader or Executor (that'd be Corbo or Farty).
Note that it doesn't have to be the greatest mod in the world, or even a finished mod, but it has to demonstrate that you're dedicated to SC modding.
