Hello

Hi all.
I just wanted to ask if there is any way to atuomatly color all table-data's (<td>) in the same color with only 1 script.
I also try to do this with Font color. So, is there any way to do so?
Even maybe for a specific column or row?

It's called CSS, although you could also try bgcolor and see if that works. For text color it's just color=xxx.

None.

CSS can do it? (im not a pro in CSS) but thanks.
<body bgcolor=black> does work, yes, but the bg color should be colord different.
The <font color=xxx> doesn't work for <td> things. It requires a specific farb-font-code as far as I know, but I would be happy if someone knows an other code to do so... maybe also CSS?

thank you anyway.

Yeah, so at the top you need to put some CSS code, I would definitely learn CSS if you plan on doing any serious web page building.

Well... I actually learn PHP and co as a hobby and a bit for Informatics @ school... so I can get good marks ;)
but I think that I am able to make a good page, but:
  • no time
  • no fun if doing it alone
  • no money (I wont waste it for that) for a good domain

do you know a better page than http://www.w3schools.com ?

Relatively ancient and inactive

Domains cost maybe $20 a year. Really?

Code
<STYLE type="text/css">
  .mytablecolors > td {background-color: orange }
</STYLE>
<table class="mytablecolors">
<tr><td>1</td><td>2</td></tr>
<tr><td>3</td><td>4</td></tr>
</table>

I didn't actually test it, but it should be what you are looking for, I believe. It won't work with IE6 due to CSS2. You might not need the > sign, in which case, it would work for IE6. There are other alternatives as well.

Also, domains cost like $7. $20 is lol :).

Oh_Man -- No APM in chess. Computer just outthinks the human by seeing more moves ahead and more permutations

NimoStar -- If its any consolation, the human brain would still mop the floor with this bot if it wasn't limited by the mechanical interface
[05:34 pm]
NimoStar -- Well. The bot didn't come up with any new strategy. It just has superhuman micro. Hard to beat that. I reckon even the simplest dedicated chess engines are unbeatable for humans now.

Oops, caught me there, no I haven't. :( I was imagining how the game went. Sorry for that. Watching it now. brb

NimoStar shouted: They were not "Unprepared" that was their fifth loss in a row against the bot. The other replays are also available
that doesn't mean he was prepared. When humans come around with new strategies it often takes weeks until the pros figure out how to shut it down. Oh_Man that's certainly a way more convincing argument for micro being "too good to beat".
