Table of contents that are rather big don't fit on the screen, and as such you can't access the lower portions. Probably not a big deal as I haven't found too many pages that come close to going off the screen. Perhaps when you click the table of contents button it keeps that side menu vertically centered, adjusting it based on the length of the ToC when opened?
