Going straight will get you owned by the pig.
Going left will get you uphill slightly, but probably not enough to escape the blades of the chopper. This really depends on the steepness of the hill.
Slowing down will get you chopped up by the blades.

Going right into the firetruck however... drive head on into the side of the firetruck near the rear wheels. Do this as "normally" (as in perpendicular to the side of the truck) as you can. And based on physics If you do this carefully and correctly, you will rotate the body of the truck towards in a counter clockwise direction, thus having the firetruck either: run into the hill, get smashed by the pig, or get chopped up by the blades. In turn you may lose control of your car and swerve off to the road somewhere on the right, but it's better than the other three consequences.

3) u speed up so much you hit the pig who is so fat and huge will soften the crash, the helicopter can pass over you but not the pig so it flies up. Who gives a shit about the fire truck, it just keeps going straight.
