Making game boy advanced games with no prior knowledge to any sort of programming sounds ridiculous. but... with the help of this guide (the guide) and the HAM editor (HAM (50mb)) it can be done in no time.

I could only program GB games as I only know z80 and not ARM7TDMI or whatever...

The ARM in the GBA is not that slow, you can program it in C and C++.
