US, I had assumed most of SEN would've known that I'm an American, sorry.

Crushridge is #1 PvP I heard.

I'm on Deathwing PvP, and I like it. It was High Population, last time I checked. Was medium when I first got on, and a year ago was fluctuating between medium and high, probably high now. I don't get excessive lag like some servers like Illidan complain about, not a lot of downtime (just a few hours on Tuesday, like every other server, and everything to do with WotLK).

Well, I advise checking it out. It's my favorite server so far, though I admittedly haven't tried every one. From my hordie-perspective, the alliance/horde sides seem balanced, but you can check official data on that. And, if you do come, go hoardie. I'd love to have a SENner to boss around play with.

Great! I'm thinking of going Undead Mage (Will go for Fire until I've grinded enough gear to turn him into a PvPer, which then it'll be all about cold).
However, I'm probably going to end up playing 2 servers at once (because my RL friend wants me on another one). That probably wont be a problem though because I have no life . I'm fairly confident that I've nailed what my parents were questioning about the game (Dad was going paranoid over scandal, which was countered with the over one million active subscriptions...and my Mom is happy as long as I'm getting in touch with friends.

Yay for undead mages. If you reach 80 anytime soon (how quickly do you level?) we can kick some ass together. Also, frost is probably the best choice right now for leveling up because it's more mana efficient than fire, and it keeps you from dying. And you can AoE grind using blizzard, which recently got a big boost and can now crit, proc Frostbite, etc. Arcane is awesome for level 70 PvP, but that's largely due to the 51-point talent. So, it might not be so good otherwise, with a channeled spell being its' best. Well, contact me if you get on. Centreri@Deathwing.

Alright, give me a week and I'll have made contact one way or another...And I'm not sure how fast I will be because I'm going to try using Joana's Horde Leveling Guide (Torrents FTW). Appearently it's the fastest guide around. But before, on a gank-happy private server of a rate of x5, I made it to 48 in a few days.

That's fast. And, I checked, it seems Deathwing is back to medium in population. Well, there's no problems getting people together for groups, even right now when everyone's waiting for WotLK, so it's not a big problem.

How much of a factor is micro in WoW? Does it pay to not stay in one spot and cast/click? Do you really have a chance to dodge a spell/swing by running and jumping around?

It can get really annoying when you're casting spells. So it's reccomended. It also has a factor when you slow the target somehow

You don't jump around to avoid shots, you run to get out/to get in range of the enemy, depending what kind of class you are. If no one's attacking you, feel free to stay in one spot. If someone is, (as a mage), cast slow on them, freeze them in place, or just plain run. While instant-casting other spells.

That guide used to be great. But now so much has been modified in the game and not the guide that it seems better (and frankly easier) to just use QuestHelper or QuestGuru instead. That is until WotLK comes out, since he's apparently promised an update to the guide that day.
