After an hour, Darkling walks by the scene and sees a corpse up against a still smoking car. From the opposite direction, another man walks towards the car to join the investigation. They meet by the car and examine the body. Darkling checks the body for a pulse, but finds none. "Holy shit, he's dead!" says Darkling to the man next to him. The man's left arm mutates into a submachine gun pointed at Darkling. "NO U" he says, filling Darkling with bullets.

Greo walks down a dirt path along the edge of the woods with Hitok1r1, considering all the options. Periodically, Greo stares deep into the darkness. He wonders if there is anyway to survive anywhere. He stops in his tracks with the thought and looks at Hitok1r1. Looking up the moon, their only source of light, he muses, "The only safe place on this earth for me is the moon. And I'll never be there." Hitok1r1 is not quite sure how to respond to such a thing. They are aware of their pathetic outlook and continue to stride towards Greo's house.

Hmm...The fact that this person's arm can mutate into a submachine gun might mean that he is a cyborg or some sort of robot posing as a 1st human.

There is probably some sort of significance to the fact that it is the left arm that mutates and not the right arm. Perhaps someone's avatar or signature features a character that has a left arm that is slightly different than his right arm.

Also, the fact that he says "NO U" in all capital letters could possibly mean:
1. There is no 'U' in this person's name, avatar, or signature.
2. This person's name, avatar, or signature is made up of capital letters

Any ideas who this might point to?

I read the whole text, and maybe it's because i had a two year old screaming at me, or maybe it's because i had four hours sleep but i found it really hard to focus.
I am gonna be busy all week finding a job so i can pay rent, buy food and all those little things that come with moving to a different country.
I will abstain and if the rule applies where i have only one abstain i'll vote somebody random like Kaias. but if i dont manage to find time to re-read the text (it's 2:45 am for me...) and some bandwagon forms against kaias, change me to some random that definitely will not get lynched... thanks moose. So, if I'm understanding this correctly, if TP fires the time machine on night 3, time is shifted back to night 2, wherein all of night 2's powers/hits must be resubmitted? Clarify, even the tl;dr version is confusing because we're dealing with time travel.

The car begins to sputter and black smoke comes out from under the hood as he cruises down 75th Street

As the night nears its end, the killing is not yet complete. As night fades into light, the last victim is dragged by one hand to the center of the town. Hug a Zergling moans incoherently, "Why me, you, you did this, to me? Why me?"

"Shutup. You should appreciate the work that went into this. You ungrateful idiot." The mafia lifts his limp victim over his shoulder and hurls him into the pile of bodies. He makes a slow walk to a car parked nearby and starts it up. "Time to fix this place up!" Accelerating full bore, he piledrives the car through the heap of corpses.

"I am not yet strong, but you... you shall make me strong." FatalException in his mind is still trying to unravel the chain of events that got him to be here as the mafia said those words, looking into his eyes. He strains against the rope and duct tape binding him to the chair, but cannot break his bonds. "Let us begin," smiles his captor. His captors lays his hands on FatalException's shoulders. FatalException screams in agony as his life is drained out of him. The mafia laughs and continues until FatalException is on the edge of unconsciousness. His head hangs low in the chair as he struggles to breathe.

The mafia man then does something unexpected. He releases FatalException's bonds. "You are free to go... if you can." The mafia laughs quietly to himself. FatalException looks at his arms. No more restraints. He looks at his free hands. He notices that they are bleeding for some reason. He rose from the chair. Slowly. It was difficult. Ordinarily, FatalException could run several miles and barely break a sweat. But for some reason, tonight was different. It took a monumental effort merely to stand. Just to breathe. The mafia man is delighted as FatalException falls over and his head hits the ground. "What have you done to me?" asks FatalException in a weak and dying voice. "Something like this" grins the mafia as he lays hands upon FatalException once more and takes his life from him.

Phobos stood over the three bodies in the middle of the broken society, as if on an active fault line. He stood over the tattered and muddled bodies without a clue as to what he wanted to do. He gazed over the blood and blocked his sense of olfaction to reduce the stench. He leaned over closer and searched for a sense of consistency in the deaths -- a common thread.

The red-colored text indicates that this person is quite strong. Piledrive is a sort of wrestling move. Perhaps this guy is a wrestler.

A look of deep thought comes to Brontobyte's face as he stood up from his seat. He looks at the window and notices a ladder that peaked at his attic window. He can see the shattered glass remnants laying over his lawn and within the window frame. He turns back towards the singing he began to hear, "To-ra-lo-la-lo-ra".
