OMG somebody help me with TBLpad!!!!!

I got all those runtime thingys, and my TBLpad can create new tbl files, its just that when it comes to opening a stat_txt.tbl file, nothing shows up, i tried to extract the file from patch_rt.mpq, i tried download them online, i tried to extract them out from mods, but it just DOESN'T WORK AND IT DRIVES ME CRAZY!!!
