I have some free models I've pilfered, I'm currently seeking to make a purely graphical mod. I need these animated alittle bit (they are currently static models in poses, I have no idea how hard it is to do this, please inform me).

These are ground units, I just need them to replace frame for frame some of the default units. I need these to be relatively private, so I will disclose information only via PM.

If you don't have the time, don't waste your already precious time by posting here. ;)

I suppose I might've made this sound like alittle more work than it is: The models already have skins and textures, they're already colored and stuff.

No one on here is actually any good at modeling? I'm shocked! =P

What I have said in the BIG GREAT 3D MODELLING THREAD, just... render the frame as it says in there and make modifications render the other set and so on...

I actually tried that method and I couldn't get any .bmps to be created.

The models are currently not animated, as well. I'll try and get in contact with Polaris or you, Corbo. Thanks.

Ultraviolet -- I suppose we'll likely never know, but my guess would be that they already saw it operating successfully and there was no monetary incentive to finish the original work. And the dev cycle in old school Blizzard was so hectic, it's possible it just got forgotten about after the original game got released. Plus there's an element of existing MPQ files that were packaged with the original discs becoming outdated if they updated it. And it's not like they remade the original MPQs, they just made new ones for BW specifically

Oh_Man -- so that makes me think maybe the theory they are unfinished is not true and its a deliberate design decision, coz why not finish them wen ur making brood war?
