Finding RCA Input in Windows Media Center

I'll keep this short, because I'm tired and have been at this for a while.

I have a RCA and S-Video input jacks in the front of my computer (HP Elite), and a Cable TV hook-up in the back. I have the TV hooked up and running in Windows MC, but when I plug in my Wii or PS2 to the RCA input I can't find a channel to view them on my monitor, nor can I find any program that boasts to be able to do so.

Any advice regarding necessary drivers or software would be greatly appreciated.
