I have no doubts that Bill Gates is an unethical businessman... but he is also a very successful business man.

So, who knows? Maybe he's like the mob, order someone killed one day, get pissed at your cousin and hold an intervention for his drug habit. Always show up for PTA meetings, etc. People are very capable of being assholes the first hours of the day and perfectly nice the next.
