CTF (Capture The Flag) Unlimited (Unlimited)

Current Version: 1.43

Join a team of 3 and fight against another team of 3 to capture the flag (hence the CTF in the map name). WIth items at your disposal (using the Dropship method) blow your enemies to bits and get "DA FLAG".

Items:

Chainsaw
Use right next to an enemy unit and chop them to bits.

Grenade
Throw this grenade (observer) at your enemies, your teammates, or even yourself for a night of fun.

Heal Kit
Injured? Use a heal kit!

Suicide Pill
Tired of life? Use a suicide pill!

There were two more items in an earlier version, but took them out because they were extremely annoying. But here they are, and if people want to see them I'll add them again.

Land Mine
A land mine. *Step* *EXPLODE!*

Suicide Bomber
Turn your marine into an infested terran and blow people up with a blast radius 20x that of a normal infested terran. Fun.

Ok first, good job on finishing a CTF map. Starcraft is ideal for CTF maps.

Now for some constructive critics.
  • Why is there only 1 units players can use? Give players some choice, like {marine; ghost; firebat}. I mean how many different moves you can do with a single unit. Even the original Blizzard map "Starcraft Fortress" has a unit choice.
  • Notice players that the flag has been picked up. At least some text message like "Team 1 has picked up the flag" and "Team 1 has captured the flag" or some sounds or both.
  • Teams need some kind of name instead of "team 1" and "team 2". Also the player colors are kinda random, I mean team 1 is red-blue-white.
  • Terrain of the map is way to big. I mean if there is maximum of 6 units on the field whats the point of having it so huge.
Now don't take me as mean DEAD or anything, learn and evolve. Good luck with your map. :D

That's called constructive criticism; not "mean DEAD" at all. I haven't been really editing maps lately but I should be updating it pretty soon with your ideas in mind.
