Is there an uninstall, do i simply delete, add/remove programs, any thing i could do to "uncorrupt" ???

Corrupt? Just unzip a fresh download of it over the old one or delete the old one. You never 'installed' the program, so theres going to be no other way to 'uninstall' it.

I've been getting C++ runtime errors on top of the diagnostic file report thing. I can't figure out how to fix it and I can't use SCM Draft for more than a minute before the problem happens.

I get a regular Rich.dll error, but it runs fine.

well i fixed mine, dled a new scm draft, extracted, deleted other folder, and all the profiles, recent maps, that stuff was saved for some reason. so just re download it should work fine.
