Seriously though, you need to bite the bullet and talk to some people. The Internet (as vast and awesome as it is) can only do so much for you, and I doubt many people get over this sort of thing through sheer force of will.
We haven't lost you yet, Mesk: Not only are you a legenday modder and font of wisdom, but also an epic voice actor and in general a great guy who makes it his buisness to kick ass and take names.

The entire point of this topic is purely to gather information about Schizophrenia so I can make an appropriate diagnosis. The major part about doctor's diagnosis is in fact the patient's own feedback.
I make my self-diagnosis based on observation, knowledge, and information.
I have gathered enough information to conclude that there is a very high probability I have Schizophrenia that is currently in a gradual onset phase. Which is to say, the hallucinations I am currently getting will continue to worsen and reach maximum strength within about a year, or less. If I don't have Schizophrenia then I have something far worse and there is no point worrying about trying to fight it. Well, there probably isn't much worry about trying to fight Schizophrenia, either. It effectively gives me a year to finish whatever I want to finish.

yeah an editor that isn't allowed to write files sounds rather pointless, so I'd assume it can. Like most other programs too btw. and yes, obviously that's dangerous, but also kinda necessary. MS introduced that virtualization for exactly that reason.[2026-7-15. : 4:10 am]
