I'd say that's a building under it, that looks remarkably like an obese, clawless ultralisk. New ultralisk den design, perhaps?

Also, I just noticed that the hatchery looks more like a hatchery and less like a tent now!
He meant all the way on the left, where it looks like it's vomiting out a bunch of purple ooze.
I say that its a new unload animation. After all, units dont just rain from the sky :P
No it's not. The Overlord is just dumping temporary creep to allow the player build Zerg structures on it.

None.

Are you sure about that?

Well, I can see many posibilites using these little things. What tier are these? Are they relatively expensive?

They only explode when they die or are ordered to attack an enemy unit, so no. :(

If by rush, you mean zerg meta game push, then yes. But the technology is hardly early enough to consider it a sunken rush when you can do that with a hatchery or on an opposing zergs creep much quicker. Putting creep on the ground would be more useful to cheese your opponents expansions forcing them to kill your overlord to make the creep go away and giving you plenty of time to form an attack on the expansion before it can be started because the creep has to go away.

This is, of course, assuming the technology is no earlier than Lair tech like overlord upgrades currently are in SC. Which I'm sure you would agree is a reasonable assumption.

lol overlord rushing. if creep dmgs non zerg buildings, that could be a valid strat, and really funny to watch.

NudeRaider -- EUD actions, specifically. The conditions remained. Today we can even have actions again, but they're all virtualized/whitelisted (not sure on the actual technical implementation) so you can only use them for specific intended purposed, not arbitrary code injections.

NudeRaider -- I mean yes, maps - through EUDs - were theoretically able to do that as well, but that was patched quickly.

not the map, the editor

Symmetry -- I vaguely remember Voy doing some ACE back in the day, but I had no idea EUDs could do that kind of shit. I am very much catching up on the technology

Symmetry shouted: NudeRaider Is EUD editor capable of writing shit onto the player's harddrive? That seems like it would be dangerous
yeah an editor that isn't allowed to write files sounds rather pointless, so I'd assume it can. Like most other programs too btw. and yes, obviously that's dangerous, but also kinda necessary. MS introduced that virtualization for exactly that reason.

Ultraviolet -- I don't think so. I think they shut that shit down after 1.16, maybe even earlier
