^ Its all good man, I am working on it. Its only 2 months into it since I quit smoking weed, cigarettes, and drinking all day

I do 25 minutes of cardio with my weight lifting every other day and then a full cardio session followed by mid and side abs every other day

I take 1g of protien per lb of body weight and I haven't done enough slimming down for all my muscle to show.

Yeah, my pecs are lacking and I need to work them more but I was told I should concentrate on one group at a time by a personal trainer.
