I would be revolted too, but it's a cat, and I'm fine with animal cruelty when it comes to cats . Also, it is definitely faked, not that hard to fake it.

First of all he didnt show the cat actually ingesting the tangled headphones, and also I doubt that the rubber headphones would be clean and in good condition. The acids would break down the rubber and corrode the metals.
