Map thumbnails

How do I change the map thumbnail? It auto-updated all my other maps when I uploaded the new image, but one of them keeps the 'generated' one.
When I upload the image, I get a white screen with the text 'http://www.staredit.net/?p=database&area=edit&id=226'

None.
