Fixed bugs pertaining to navigation top links and favorites menu, which you might have to reconfigure (

Fixed minor skin issues here and there.
Changed ajax information popup to be bottom corner. No more annoying mouse follow. Soon, I'll color it depending on ajax status and give a close button for the instances it stays up. You might have to refresh a few times to clear cache and get new .js file. Lemme know if you have issues with this.
Added Site Index script. Which basically is what it suggests. It's the default top menu link and was pretty stupid to keep such an easy script undone.
Added privacy policy and contribution links to the bottom of the page, finally completing that area.

You can change your skin to 3 via control panel and it will definitely stick.
