Does anyone know how to make a private Habbo Hotel server? I have been through many of them but I don't know exactly how it is done. I have been a topic on this one website that said about me getting this program called "Debbo v3.5" and I did and that seems like it is a start but I can't get anything to work. Does anyone know how to do this kind of thing or can give me a nice site on where I can learn a lot about doing this? I have gone through many Google and Yahoo search pages and can find nothing on what I'm looking for. Please and thanks...

A lot of those tutorials on there are helping a lot... But I'm not quite at my point of where I would like to be and that is having a successful server setup. I'm going to keep looking through those forums to find something useful maybe...

Okay, well if you are ever setting up any type of server stuff by following directions make sure that those directions are legit. Find more than one way of setting it up, and make sure you know what you are doing.

I should report that post just for the heck of it... I don't see why this topic needs to be filled with that kind of crap...
I kinda know what I'm doing, but all of the tutorials get me like half way done and then none of it works. I don't know if I should upload files or what and none of the tutorials on there are helping me out at all...

For example, at some point before release, they've updated the graphics of some of the Protoss buildings (Forge, CyberCore, Citadel, Observatory, Arbiter Tribunal), but instead of properly re-rendering them with edited 3D models, they did crappy copy-paste jobs on the rendered graphics.

Ultraviolet -- I suppose we'll likely never know, but my guess would be that they already saw it operating successfully and there was no monetary incentive to finish the original work. And the dev cycle in old school Blizzard was so hectic, it's possible it just got forgotten about after the original game got released. Plus there's an element of existing MPQ files that were packaged with the original discs becoming outdated if they updated it. And it's not like they remade the original MPQs, they just made new ones for BW specifically[2026-6-21. : 4:26 am]
Oh_Man -- so that makes me think maybe the theory they are unfinished is not true and its a deliberate design decision, coz why not finish them wen ur making brood war?
