In Iscript, the vulture grenade explosion is entry 440 in Images.
The image format is .grp, but I don't know much about image editing.
Just...if you use .jpg, you will be cursed👻👻.

The Curious

The SC sprites are .grp (1.16.1) or .anim (1.18 onward) files. Both are convertable to the mundane file formats (.bmp or .png) respectively using PYGRP - found in the same PYMS suite that you are apparently using - or Animosity. The latter utility has a thread (with download links) here: http://www.staredit.net/topic/17590/

If all you need is changing not the image itself but the way it works, yeah, Iscript is the thing to go for.

Trial and error... mostly error.

I opened a few .grp with PYGRP, Animosity cant open them even though it has the option to. I want to replace the image of the explosion, i dont know where the original image is located tho. I looked inside broodwar.mpq, starcraft.mpq, broodat.mpq, patch_rt.mpq.

None.

Roy's Secret Service

It's in StarDat.mpq, unit\thingy\efgHit.grp

Zoan -- of course it isn't full understanding. You could ask "is the mechanism by which this counterexample blows up the ONLY mechanism possible for an initial configuration to blow up?"
[05:48 pm]
Zoan -- ppl do it all the time in PDEs

Zoan -- Heinermann
Heinermann shouted: it also didn't solve that problem but hey as long as the investors are pleased
Constructing a counterexample is answering the question: "Is Navier Stokes well posed?" in the negative
[05:44 pm]
NudeRaider -- I only heard about it, didn't any news article, so what did it do then?

Heinermann -- it also didn't solve that problem but hey as long as the investors are pleased

NudeRaider -- I have no idea tbh. All I know no human was ever able to solve it, but there's at least a few that beat portal ;)
[05:32 pm]
Zoan -- Navier Stokes is not that esoteric I thought
[04:32 pm]
NudeRaider -- Zoan
Zoan shouted: I find it kind of sad that on the same day it was announced AI solved Navier Stokes, it was also announced AI beat Portal, and there's a good deal of people who don't know which is more impressive
you find it sad not everyone is a math nerd?
