Don't know how to Run the Program,always asks for the privilege,I have opened as I could,used everything that was opened as Administrator.

If you have already selected the "Run as Administrator" option when opening EUDE2, than I would ask if you are an administrator account on that pc. If you choose to run as admin but dont have an admin account, you will be unable to utilize.
