The AJAX request to get the users in the shoutbox (on the shoutbox main page) was optimized. As in yesterday's updates, there is still a lot of unoptimized code killing performance.

Given the optimizations of the past few days, the requests to the site in roughly the previous 24 hours of uptime have been:
Shoutbox Refresh: 44.90%
Notifications: 12.32%
Users Online: 7.93%
Users In Shoutbox: 13.36%

Technical details:
- Users in shoutbox now has its own table, similar to the users online table.
- Users in shoutbox is no longer a query on the enormous sessions table joined with the users table.
- Users in shoutbox query now only selects needed columns instead of *.
