Hi everybody!! please help with this, someone could change for me, the grp of the scourge please?? only more height, like to dropship. please help me :( thanks!!!

What, you want the scourge grp enlarged?
I'm sorry dude, but I'll tell you what everyone else tells me when I do kitbash requests:
Do it yourself. There are very few spriters extant right now, especially for SC1. Its a lot easier to learn to do it yourself rather than expect someone to do it for you.
I myself had to learn how to recolor using GIMP to do part of the work inspired by Polaris in his Dark Protoss pack.

Go into photoshop, enlarge the graphic by upscaling to 128x128, hit save. It'll be pixely as fuck but it's the best you're gonna get without minutely changing each frame.

Man, just follow Pr0nogo's suggestions.
Teach yourself how to use whichever image program you want to use for it (I suggest gimp, its as good as photoshop given it's free-ness)
begging won't get you anywhere, otherwise i'd have a huge mod.
We can give you pointers on where to go, but we can't do everything for you. I'm not even here for half the freakin' year.

DarkenedFantasies -- Probably just didn't care. For example, at some point before release, they've updated the graphics of some of the Protoss buildings (Forge, CyberCore, Citadel, Observatory, Arbiter Tribunal), but instead of properly re-rendering them with edited 3D models, they did crappy copy-paste jobs on the rendered graphics.

Ultraviolet -- I suppose we'll likely never know, but my guess would be that they already saw it operating successfully and there was no monetary incentive to finish the original work. And the dev cycle in old school Blizzard was so hectic, it's possible it just got forgotten about after the original game got released. Plus there's an element of existing MPQ files that were packaged with the original discs becoming outdated if they updated it. And it's not like they remade the original MPQs, they just made new ones for BW specifically
