Okay, you may have heard me talking about opening .PCX files a lot lately, and I've been asking for programs that are .PCX compatible. A lot of photo editing programs cost money and what not, or you'll need to download them and maybe you're just too lazy to download them.

Well if you're using Windows (this MAY not work for some Windows users, since I'm using such an old computer), I've found something in the Programs menu called "Microsoft Photo Editor". It's .PCX compatible and it makes me so happy =D.

Again, I may only have this program since my computer is so old.

And I need .PCX compatible programs so I can open StarCraft screenshots, I like to take screenshots of things I'm making in a map, or if I just find something purely amazing.

I'm so weird... Lol XD!

Armor: 90.50%

IrFanView owns. Thanks for the offer, though.

Now that you pointed that out, Moose.. I've now realized I've been pronouncing it "ifranview" in my head this whole time. I suck. Also, it's a kickass program besides the opening PCX files part. It can do a hell of lot more, such as compress gifs to an extremely small size without even noticing, IMO. It's great for a free program.

Irfanview also has kickass pngout, compressing your pngs to nearly nothing.

Thats so strange, I did that too O_O

Then I realised when I typed "Ifranview.com" into the address bar to dl it on another computer, I had to be mistaken.

Zoan -- of course it isn't full understanding. You could ask "is the mechanism by which this counterexample blows up the ONLY mechanism possible for an initial configuration to blow up?"

Constructing a counterexample is answering the question: "Is Navier Stokes well posed?" in the negative
