I do stuff and thingies... Try widening and reducing the number of small nooks and crannies to correct the problem.
They protect themselves with the encryption because then they can't know what is hosted. Well, that's smart.
But basically that's just an invitation to host illegal stuff there because it won't be deleted and the uploader has little to no risks uploading it there.
I suppose that most filehosters receive most of their income with illegally hosted files anyway...
