Trigger Loading/Transfer

I need a program to transfer triggers from one map to another while leaving the map otherwise unchanged, who can point me in the right direction?

P.S. The map in question was created with SCMDraft2, so many of the units will be removed when using the regular campaign editor, which has the save/load trigger option that I am looking for. It appears that GUEdit has this option also, however none of the options aside of "Load" and "Exit" are working or clickable, even after attempting to load the scenario.

Go to Triggers >> Trigger Editor. From there, you can copy/paste or edit your triggers by typing in stuff. Just copy those triggers and then open the editor in another map and paste them. Then, click on the blue check button in the top left corner to compile it. Make sure all the units and locations match between both maps, or else it won't compile.

I expect he's probably got some protected map he can't open in the editor, hence why he's asking.

@Dem0nS1ayer: Are you referring to the trigger editor inside SCMDraft2? I'm under the impression that it is read-only... I'll check up on this solution though, it may be exactly what I need.

@DevliN: Yes, saving triggers from one map and loading triggers to another or "transfer" as the topic is named, would be what I'm trying to accomplish. I mentioned that GUEdit and Campaign Editor have this capability, however they fail for one reason or another as explained in my initial post.

@Lanthanide: That's not at all what I'm trying to do. I was as descriptive as possible and named editors with this capability that fell short in various ways. The map in question is my own and I simply need to replace the triggers in an older edit, with ones that have been fixed.

Edit: @Dem0nS1ayer: I see now about the compile button. I wasn't aware of this, although it still seems buggy. Thanks your for help.

I was talking about what Dem0n outlined. :)

Ultraviolet -- I suppose we'll likely never know, but my guess would be that they already saw it operating successfully and there was no monetary incentive to finish the original work. And the dev cycle in old school Blizzard was so hectic, it's possible it just got forgotten about after the original game got released. Plus there's an element of existing MPQ files that were packaged with the original discs becoming outdated if they updated it. And it's not like they remade the original MPQs, they just made new ones for BW specifically

Oh_Man -- so that makes me think maybe the theory they are unfinished is not true and its a deliberate design decision, coz why not finish them wen ur making brood war?

Oh_Man -- the thing is thos buildings are from classic. that means they went ahead and made brood war without ever finishing the 'unfinished' buildings

Ultraviolet -- Yeah he's talked about a lot of that stuff in his casts before. It seems plausible. Especially knowing how Blizzard of yesteryear operated.

NudeRaider -- to clarify: couldn't recall the behavior for every single Protoss building but I was aware the disparity exists.

NudeRaider -- Contained nothing new for me. Didn't know all building's behavior, but very much all unit's. Also Terran balance whine - also nothing new
