Right now this is probably going to be a gaming PC more than anything else. I want it to be able to play Diablo III and Starcraft II, and play them well.

I will need to buy windows, and I live in hawaii so shipping tends to be stupidly expensive ($70+). If anyone knows of a setup that will trump that one for Starcraft II and Diablo III that would run for >$800 before shipping/software, please let me know! I'm trying to keep my total cost (shipping, software, and hardware) below $1000. I'm also not so savvy as to be confident in my ability to put the pieces in myself, so I'm trying to stick with places that will build it for me.
