Anyways, I quit. It's a nice game but I got bored a spoiled the plot for myself. gg.

You are the problem with the gaming industry 3:

I NEED MORE FEATURES. COOL STORY BUT I DONT LIKE MINING ALL TO MUCH. ESPECIALLY WITH A FIXED AMOUNT OF RU IN THE GALAXY. MAYBE IF THEY HAD ASTEROIDS OR IRONS SIGHTS OR WAIST HIGH COVER.

But I enjoy Dwarf fortress so that automatically makes me a top tier gamer forever :3

I find it relaxing. except for when super strong radioactive sting rays start pummeling your lander and you can't do anything but take it. :<

So you know those childhood memories that you have that are oddly specific but you can't remember any context for? I have one of playing as Chenjesu in Star Control 1. I had no idea what game that was until I googled this shit.

I don't know why you name mining as an element that made you stop playing. You don't have to mine at all except for the first quest. You can gain your RU by fighting just as well. The Spathi Eluder is a money machine. Saves you cargo space/modules too, btw. Landing and mining minerals is just easy money if you avoid hostile conditions, but by no means required.

But I'll admit more features would be nice. The only real diversity in the game comes from the fights with different ships vs. different races. And from the story and dialogs of course. The latter being the driving element imo.
