Last update broke my Zoom Camera ...

Hi,
I had this map that was working fine, but I just got a new update this morning, not sure when the update came out, and it broke the zoom camera.
Now the Zoom camera is tilted at 45degrees and looks like crap and I can't figure out what I need to do to get to straighten up.

Camera - Zoom camera for player 7 at Point 004 from ((Real(Default Camera Distance)) + 9.0) to Default Camera Distance over 2.0 seconds
Any ideas?

Thanks

An artist's depiction of an Extended Unit Death

It might be a bug in the latest patch.

I'm assuming by 'tilt' you mean the yaw. If it's the pitch or roll, please correct me.

When you hit the delete/insert keys in-game, does it correct the angle?

Have you tried applying the default camera after the zoom, or does that get rid of the zoom?

Edit: a quick fix for this would be applying a preplaced zoomed camera without the target to achieve the same effect.

I'll test your comments to see.
Ok so by tilt I mean if you look at the screen and then grab the top right corner of the monitor and rotate the screen about 45degrees.

thanks

That is super ambiguous, but I think you mean roll. Use this image as reference so you can use the correct terminology:

Ultraviolet -- just sent you a message on Discord. I suspect you're probably trying to change unit speeds for units that don't use flingy.dat for movement (like any units that walk instead of hovering/flying). You can change their movement to flingy, but they unfortunately look more like they're gliding than walking when you do that.

Symmetry -- EE2, I've been using setdatfile successfully for units.dat and weapons.dat but the flingy changes don't seem to happen

Ultraviolet -- in EE2 you just open DatEdit, go to the flingy tab, and make whatever changes you want. Though if you want to do dynamic shit, you have to use the trigger editor with the setdatfile action. And of course you have to inject your changes when done. Can give more specific troubleshooting advice if you provide more details
