I'm creating an actor at the point.
result: The actor is invisible or not created.
The actor is the type Doodad because unit actors cause an error.
If I preplace the actor, it shows up correctly.
It works for the blood splat. I just can't get it to work with ScientistCorpseGory or ColonistCorpse...
EDIT:
ok, creating a model solved the problem. And you can resize the model inside the model tab, too.

Ok, I got some more problems with this.
The models disappear in the fog.
Seems like what causes the doodad anomaly is inside the model file itself.
I guess I will have to use units and use a unit flag to ignore them in orders...
