1. I was wondering if its possible to add a weapon to a civilian unit, as in actually make it look like the civilian is holding a gun
i added the data weapon to him but i would like the visuals as well. I'm trying to add nova's sniper rifle to a civilian physically and statistically.

2. On the same page, how come when you duplicate a unit in data editor and then try to place him on the map, he shows up as a white bubble or invisible? how do you duplicate units?

If you want to change a model then you will need to export the model from SC2 edit using a 3d modelling program and import it back into your map.

Basically, when you duplicate, all you need is the Actor checked.

Ultraviolet -- in EE2 you just open DatEdit, go to the flingy tab, and make whatever changes you want. Though if you want to do dynamic shit, you have to use the trigger editor with the setdatfile action. And of course you have to inject your changes when done. Can give more specific troubleshooting advice if you provide more details
