Manmade Cliffs Ontop of Natural Cliffs

In many of the official Blizzard maps, I've seen manmade cliffs placed over natural rock cliffs. When I try to do it, the cliff edges of the manmade cliff never touch the edges of the natural cliff. Can anyone help me? Some examples are in Blistering Sands, Crossfire, Steppes of War, and many others.

Pretty simple Goto

Tools->Brush->Allow Cliff Merging

There now u can place man made on top of organic or vice versa
